Club Installs Boat Wash Down Pad and Catch Basin to Meet New State Regulations

The Long Branch Iceboat and Yacht Club  is seen constructing a wash down pad for boats to comply a new DEP Law. The law states you can’t wash boats on land without collecting the run off, to prevent wash water from returning to the river or soaking into the land. According to Dave Miller Club Commodore, the pad will capture the  boat wash and divert it into the Long Branch Sewer system for cleaning as per the new regulation.
